Job Role: Associate – Technical Engineer
Role and Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for supporting problem and change tickets for client support operations (e.g. storage systems or servers) for work requiring problem determination and implementation of modifications to hardware, software, applications, or network systems as a Technical Engineer.
