The first A.P. Residential Junior College was established by the APREI Society in theyear1975 at Nagarjuna Sagar, Guntur District with an objective to provide quality education for the talented children. Subsequently numbers of colleges were established as per the demand from the public. Presently, APREI Society is managing 10 Residential Junior Colleges.

The main objective of t h e APREI Society to start APR Degree College at Nagarjunasagar is to provide quality education suited to the present- d a y educational scenario in a congenial atmosphere to help and to strive for all round development of the students. It provides free boarding and hostel facility in addition to free education with the Cent percent Grant in aid of Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
Andhra Pradesh Department of school Education has been released notification for admission into first year intermediate residential junior colleges and first year degree residential degree colleges for the academic year 2022-23 in A.P.

i) Date of opening of Online application: 28-04-2022
ii) Last Date: 20-05-2022
iii) Date of Exam: 05-06-2022 at the identified centers in 13 old district head quarters from 10.00AM to 12.30PM.
APRJC CET 2022
ELIGIBILITY:
i) Candidate must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh and must have studied in Andhra Pradesh only.
ii) Must have studied 10th class for the academic year 2021-22 only. Candidates who studied in early years are not eligible for admission.
APRDC CET 2022
ELIGIBILITY:
a) Students who are studying Senior Intermediate during 2021-22 in AP and Telangana states are only eligible for the admission and subject to other conditions as detailed.
b) For B.A – All the students are eligible irrespective of subjects studied in Intermediate.
c) For B.Com - Students all groups except HEC are eligible.
d) For B.Sc. - (Maths, Statistics and Computer Science) – The students of MPC and MEC are eligible.
Note: For B.Sc. Courses - Students must have studied the respective subjects in intermediate.
